I am trying to upgrade my estimation algorithm by adding parameterDrivers.
ConstantThrustManeuver.THRUST driver works well but when I try to
estimate ConstantThrustManeuver.FLOW_RATE, the estimation process
stops at the first iteration.
I have seen in ConstantThrustManeuver that Orekit's flow rate is
defined negatively whereas the flow rate parameter driver is
declared as a positive number :
"parametersDrivers[1] = new ParameterDriver(FLOW_RATE, flowRate,
FLOW_RATE_SCALE, 0.0, Double.POSITIVE_INFINITY);"
Can it be the source of my problem ?
Yes. You have just hit a bug that was reported about one month
ago but we did not fix yet, despite the bug report contains the fix :-(
