I was googling around for some information and I tripped over a paper that Evan and Luc published at the AIAA/AAS Astrodynamics Specialist Conference last summer. I'm sorry if I missed any notices about this before. I was curious if this was an ongoing study or if that is now completed and the results are going to stand for awhile.
